When Voices Heard Media heads up with one of the world's largest broadcasting companies, sparks fly
KNOXVILLE, TN — The biggest soccer match in Mexico’s history just wouldn’t be the same without constant live coverage and Twitter feeds on websites across the world. That’s why one of the largest broadcasting companies in the world is using Voices Heard Media’s Twitter product.
“It’s the biggest event in soccer history for Mexico with the best social media technology from Voices Heard Media,” says VHM CEO Will Overstreet. “It’s a perfect match.”
On Sunday, October 23, Chivas Rayadas de Guadalajara takes on Club America de Mexico on the field at Estadio Azteca starting at 4 p.m. CST (5 p.m. EST). VHM’s Twitter product will be featured on a number of different sites including one of the world’s largest broadcasting companies who did not want to be mentioned in the release. Tweets from expert accounts will be pulled into the EventBox, along with anyone that includes a to-be-determined hashtag.
“This match is a hundred times bigger than the Chargers-Raiders game,” Overstreet says.
